So, what’s “ABMrs.”?
It’s the romantic version of All But Dissertation, commonly known in academic circles as “ABD”– that state of limbo between finishing all of your doctoral-level courses and writing and defending your dissertation.
It’s uncomfortable. It’s confusing. It’s hard to explain to people… and it may feel oddly familiar if you’re a woman over thirty who is attractive and accomplished, but (still!) unmarried.
When you’ve done all the fabulous things that the world says you’re supposed to do — except find your ideal mate –you’re not “ABD,” you’re “ABMrs.” All But Mrs.!
So, who are the #ABMrs Mavens(TM)?
We’re a group of sister-friends who’ve produced a podcast that explores dating, relationships, and living life to its fullest potential–whether you’re married (somewhere in between) or All But.
As you’ll see, we just really enjoy hanging out and chatting with each other about anything and everything…
